You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

– The item arrives damaged or defective
– You receive the wrong product or variation
– The item does not match the description or photos

We kindly ask that you contact us within 3–7 days of delivery, including clear photos or video showing the issue.

🚚 Who covers return shipping?

If the return is due to damage, defect, or our mistake,
we’ll cover the return shipping or send a replacement free of charge.

For other cases (change of mind, wrong address, etc.), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If you’d like an exchange for the same item,
we’ll send a replacement once the original is confirmed defective or incorrect.
